P.S. Barry...did you think about making a waiting list of some sort? That way if people back out you can let the next person in systematically rather than having 100 people at your feet saying "Barry please pick me!"

in order not to have any complaints at all you are going to need to have the cottage in the middle of nowhere or further away from all other cottages cuz sound does travel.
although hopefully in the winter you won't have to worry about too many complaints cuz people's windows and such will be closed and they will be trying to keep the heat in instead :D |
