| Great idea. Just up the price for the cottage party abit. For the type of cottage, the party it will be, I dont think many people will care if the price cost alittle more. Even $10 - $15 more. I mean look at the cottage. I say $45 each, that way we can give the cottage owners more for the weekend, plus the deposit, and I think they would let it go. |

when i rented a cottage a couple of years ago in wasaga we paid $150 each so i don't mind paying more money. |

you have me beat in teh "time" department Lisa, but dont even try to compete w/ me in the "cash" arena. hahaha
Are you operating with any debt, or trying to NOT drain your 'savings' as much as possible? :)

Though, that said, between working my fulltime job and taking these CONDENSED 3 month CGA course, I'm really feeling the pressure.
I have an exam in the course on March 6th, 3 more assingments before then... plus the given textbook readings and course note readings you gotta do to be able to do the assignments. Finding a balance between working full-time, studying, and enjoying any trace partying in Toronto on weekends is a tough balance to find (ESP. when you're only option is bussing - which eats up too much in travel time and waits... which arent ideal for focusing/absorbing information I find... I try thuogh... you just make the best of it). |

Willing to give the first one a try, if it s up, i would appreciate some help from everyone on the roll call to bail me out a bit, and in return ill throw a local party that will destroy everything, got a few tricks up my sleve.

Its on a country road, grey 19 i believe, not right in a city... in the town of blue... there are a few houses around... large lots. I dont think the sound would be an issue. there certainly is ALOT more distance around this cottage than there was around nada's.
