Wow. A lot of anger venting on this thread LOL.
I'm happy to say that I've noticed very little in terms of trends... Except reality shows which has been going on for 3 yrs too long. :whip: |

The livestrong thing bothers me so much because it is a trend indeed and not what it was intended for... to support cancer...
I wore a pink bracelet to support breast cancer, but I raised alot of $$ and did my part to show my dedication to the foundation..not to set a trend...it's irritating...that's all... |

I love pointy shoes - I can't imagine wearing any dressy shoes that aren't pointy.

Okay...my friend had a pair of UGGs at a party we were at last night and I tried them on...it's like walking on heaven...but still super ugly and I would never wear them.
Also...I agree...hate pointy shoes and stilletos and all that crap. I'm not really a girly girl, so I just don't like that stuff. I don't even remember the last time I walked in heals that weren't platforms haha.
But I also gotta agree with my girls Nada and Lars...if you guys like the UGGs or the crazy stilletto pointy toed boots that Nada tears up the dance floor in than go all out! You girls look hot!! (as per usual ;) ) |

I too hate the whole Ugg thing but I think they were around in 2004 no?
Anyways to top my list of 2005 worst trend is the already mentioned girl making out for attention. Could there be anymore of a cry for attention. I usually find its the 19-23 yr olds that are on this band wagon now. Brutal. |
