In a way he's right though, not only are the people who go to Docks and Guv and Viva regularly a really small population, but also to the general population were are virtually undistinguishable from the clubbers they hear about in the news, who bring their attitudes and guns to clubs. Sor eally, it's them versus us, and we got almost no influence at all.

That is pure ....
i don't live in TO.. and i've never been to the docks... but that is pure if the docks have to close just because of this

FFAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!!!

No Tiesto, no Danny T...... no major Temporal Rhythm Events - WTF!!!!

System has chosen a bad time to close......if this is the long standing case.

WELCOME TO THE GUVERNMENT!!

Sad and depressing news for sure.....

Hopefully it is temporary.......crosses fingers

Yeah, if this holds up, docks is gonna lose a load of profits from the lack of alcohol sales, which just means it will only be a matter of time before they close down.

as much as the ruling sucks no alcohol does not mean the club will close.Alcohol free afterhours work here, why not in Toronto?

the city still has the power whether or not to renew the business licence. And its the city that wants it shut down on behalf of the whiners now.

So unless we get a responsible change of city government.............

Just wait until the toronto act gives the city even more power! Let the games begin!!

Are those afterhours clubs as big as the Docks?

Big operating costs... And I don't think alcohol free clubs would be attractive to a lot of people

toronto has become americanized in so many ways in the last 5 years, from music to crime to the way politicians think.

And we have socialists in power here, not so called evil right wingers.
