He can play some alright stuff from time to time. Productions by him are generally hit or miss with me, and usually miss. I liked First Time and Without You Near (the song), but in whole, the album Without You Near is . His sets are usually hit or miss with me as well because too often he plays happy-ish sleepy tracks that aren't innovative in the least. Other times he's on spot playing darker tracks and building to something decent.
I've never seen him live :( |

I once heard him on TAW playing Mauro Picotto - New Time new place actually pitched DOWN. it was awful. |

He's playing too much happy cheese now. His previous darker style was much better. There's a big difference when listening to 2003, 2004 and 2005 GDJBs

| I was at the Atlanta show as well. He spun an authentic Markus set... I expected to be bored to tears, while laughing uncontrollably, but I walked away feeling very satisfied with the whole night.....He did a great job.. great tracks, great mixing, great programming...just overall a great set :D |
