Partying too much

Is there a such thing as partying too much...Ie: every weekend.
I was in a relationship before and she had a problem with me going out with my friends every saturday. See I really don't have time to chill with my friends during the weekday so the only time we can actually all get together is on Saturday nights.
See the thing is i would be with her every day 4-5 hrs a day from sunday to friday (not because i had to but because i wanted to), so in me asking her for that one day with my friends was I wrong in doing so??
I understand if things would progress and get more serious i would have to stop which is understandable. |

| Yes you can definitely party too much, but this isn't the case. I guess everybody has kinda the same problem, I know I do. Saterday evening is the day that I go out with friends that I can't see during the week. Seriously, if you you're already spending that much time with her and she's still needy, she probably doesn't like your friends or she's really jealous and suspicious. |

| yea there is such thing as partying to often. when it gets in the way of your needs, such as work, or school, yea. but going out on the weekends, thats totally fine. just find somebody who enjoys doing the same. i cant stand a chick who just wants to stay home all the time. |

| +1 on above comments orrrrrrrr.... considering saturday is generally a big free day for a lot of people, it would be nice to spend with her once in awhile. during the week you both probably have obligations and sundays.. who knows, but saturdays most people have whole days free so if you spend one of them with her where you can actually be togther a lot and not have to worry about other stuff, that would be nice. idk if that made sense.. it works in my head |

well here is the kicker...she would party just as much as i do..which would be once a week, she loves the house scene and so do I but my passion is for Trance and she hated my events...I went to Black and blue for her and had a ing blast, she went to some other trance events and hated them...this is where the double standard is...which pisses me the hell off.
Plus i don't do any drugs and it's really hard to find someone that really just loves the music. |

i guess the best you can do is compromise with her... maybe go out every other weekend instead of every weekend. |
