Mmmm actually I'm the one who put 'spoiled ballot' No idea why vividboy is claiming that. actually i do. Before someone asks me to defend my decision here it is:

NDP - Just can't do it. I'm a commerce student. Their economic policies are ridiculous

Liberals - A lot of financial scandals. But I don't think it's as bad and as many as some forum posters claim for it to be. Nevertheless, corruption is bad and we should not condone it even if every single government we ever elect will fall prey to it.

Conservatives - I'll agree with their economic policies. I hate the freeloaders of society. I can't agree with their 'ethical' stances on certain issues. Even then, their economic policies not so conservative as they do keep power in the western provinces by providing farmer subsidies. no. just no. Stephen Harper is ugly too (No, that has no effect on my voting decision)

Green Party - Should be obvious by now

Other parties - I'll admit that I'm not a responsible enough citizen to do research on all my options.

Liberal:

- capable, influential local MP in Bill Graham
- I care less about financial scandal that my perceived shortcomings of the CPC's policies and underlying philosophies.
- NDP still isn't a good enough national party, IMHO

my realistic hopes are for a conservative minority with the Liberals and NDP alone having enough seats to offset the CPC without need to involve the Bloq.

(and I wish Duceppe would step into a national party...I really like him)
