I can normally listen to any type of music (yes, even country :p) EXCEPT hiphop. I hate it with a passion. I don't think I could date a guy who listened to it simply because, from experience, guys who listen to that are wannabe thugs and that's the biggest turnoff for me.
I'm not saying all guys who listen to it act like that but enough of them do for me to decide there is no way i would date a guy who was into that scene.

| I would never have dated anyone that was into trance or the whole clubbing scene. Seeing I just got into it and found out how much of a riot it was I totally prefer someone that loves trance music. I definatly wanna date a girl thats into the scene. If she doesn't like trance you will have lots of time to try to convert her to it...... hell if I have been converted from hip hop rap and everything else i think I can do the same to someone else! |

you people that go out and rock the club every weekend - would you go party at a hip hop club instead of guv/boa/footwork/zone? if you want to date someone that you can't party with, fine, because i doubt they would like the guv main room just as much.
if the coin was flipped, and you dated someone who liked drugs and you didn't, and when you're getting up the next day, they're not even home yet, that could make things difficult, i would presume. |

exactly! its not that i'd think less of the person, but its two different social lives. i don't think he'd like me rollin in at 10 when hes off to work..and if (when ;) ) i get back into the swing of things, he definitely wouldn't be cool with me gettin all bojangly
we couldn't fuse as one, b/c i wouldn't want to share his hiphop lifestyle and he couldn't handle mine. plus most hiphop guys that pick me up (bartending) tend to have a crappy attitude |

i dont like nay scene or classify myself as anything. but id never be able to date a chick in the scene thats for sure. im more driven by other aspects of my life, like making it big in this world etc. a girl comin home at 10 am all strung out like "what am i doing with my life mannn" would in suck
dont get me wrong tho i could a whole lot of ya. there may not be room for a healthy relationship but my zipper is always open ;) |
