She didnt do all of undergrad over. She was only at NIU for a year. Took dynamics, atmospheric phyics [both heavily biased with micro-met crap because our prof had a 'passion' for that]
I didnt think her gpa would xfer from valp to NIU and then to grad school...
wouldnt or shouldnt a school just look at what you had when you graduated (not to mention she was a hell of a cheater at NIU) |

We have to write out "I have neither given or received, nor have I tolerated others' use of unauthorized aid" and sign our names on every assigment and exam. This also means that the professors have to leave the room, and we are held responsible for any cheating that goes on. Its an odd system that A LOT of shady people take advantage of. |

you know, as much as i dislike the state of iowa, i'm glad i didn't go to valpo.
i still remember the first campus tour i took of that place, i was a bit unnerved because everyone was dressed the same - it reminded me of a cult. :nervous: |

bah grad school sucks the life out of you and vomits it back up leaving you in a gooey pile of what used to be a pretty ty life and makes it tier.
:wtf: but good luck getting in. I applied to 3 schools, one I missed the deadline and still have the application and all the materials here 3 years later, the second I forgot one copy of my transcript, they sent me a notice twice saying tehy wanted me but I needed to send that, and then the other one I got in and they offered me money.
come to find out the one that accepted me didn't really have my transcript and I had to send it to them a week before classes started so I could get accepted. pretty funnah.
ah, well, they can still accept you, doesn't look good but they can. And also, this is the worst time of your acedemic career, the uncertainty can eat you up, just suck it up and keep on keepin on. youll look back and laugh one day. |
