So after a long day at the Studio (9hours) I am now a qualified Johnny G SpinCycling Instructor! Wahooooo...*hehe* after 5 years of spinning, I'm finally an Instructor.
Hopefuly I'll get Dj Endgame to spin a few sets to accompany my classes.(weekly bases...maybe?!?!?!)
WSSC - is my goal of the year and what i will be training for...the conference is in Miami...how could i say no:P
I am soo inspired and motivated at last...things are finally coming together with my fitness training

Ha! So it's true...
I was at the gym recently and heard some trance being played and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I originally thought it was from the aerobics class, but lorne behold - it was SPINNING CLASS!!!
It made me want to take some classes. Mabye one day I will. :stongue: |

I just started going to spin classes two weeks ago and love it. I'm good friends with the instructure and she plays good beats. It's all about the good tunes to pump up the people with:tongue2 |
