I'm such a skinny kid haha, I so need to gain weight. I seriously have no idea wtf i'm doing with working out or anything really though, so i'd need help with that stuff at the gym or somewhere haha. I also dont have the motivation to go do this stuff alone lol. A personal trainer, which I dont really need, and cost to much, but its someone to get pissed at me if I dont go, and to keep me going, plus they actually know what they are doing lol!

;)

you don't need one on a permanent basis...but signing up for 3-6 sessions, including one where they put together a decent eating plan, would be very worthwhile!

For $300/hour, i'll go out with you to the track at 7AM three times a week. Your workout will begin with me standing behind you with a rabid, starving pitbull and screaming RRRUUUNNNNNNNN!!!! In a month, you'll look like Hilton :D

I wouldn't say I'd want to be as scrawny as that bitch...but the personal trainer thing maybe we could work out! Hehe

I do my fair share of dancing when I'm in TOronto and I sure did this weekend i nNYC. But the lack of good night clubs here in Windsor prevent me from this...hehe

Just stepped off the scale. I feel good. :) Weighed in at 193lbs! That's up from 180 just 5 weeks ago! The software says i'll hit 220lbs in 12 weeks. Any skinny guys looking to bulk up, feel free to hit me up for free info.

P.S. And before someone screams "STEROIDS!"... um, no. All natural.

Dude, congradulations! That's quite a achievement. I gained 15 pounds in less than 3 weeks. I'm @ 180 and growing day by day. Yea it's a great feeling definitely. Max-OT? Never heard of it, though there's ton's of supplements out there. I guess it's some sort of anabolic, bcaa's maybe?

I often have to cut 15 pounds or so for fighting. In the last year I have gone between 177 up to 210. I usually sit around 185-190 and fight at 183.

And I'm not packing on water weight when I bulk either.

yes, when I cut, most of it is water wieght, but I can definatly lose weight fast and gain it by switching my trainning programs around for 2-3 weeks leading up to an event.

What type of fighting art do you perform?
Tiesto4Life

I train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and two styles of Karate. Most of my competition now is mixed martial arts, although not in the sense that people think of with UFC. The stuff I do is primarily all stand up striking although open to all styles of martial arts. It's not uncommon to have 10 different styles in a division. In years past I have done a lot of grappling.

I also compete frequently in Open Weapons using BoJitsu, and Kata competitions.

Ahh...personally don't like to frequent the D (no offence Kabe!), not to mention US money...plus 8 bucks just to cross the border...transportation...and finding a posse to go over there.

Acknowledging any martial arts, develops lots of wisdom & knowledge. Respect, dude.
