twas quite a dull event..
thought scotty and steve did or right early (missed julian due to accident on the freeway in) CL struggled from what i saw...
had fun just bouncing away to lister and paulie and just shaking my head at the two doush bags doing the robot in the side room!! i mean WTF? one of them passed comment, wed look so much better if there was some rnb being played!!! rofl.. |

Quite enjoyed that, actually. Thought Steve & Scott did a good job warming things up (missed jpl's set unfortunately) and CL played a nice driving set. Loved what the sideroom boys were doing and quite enjoyed my first room gig. Opened with an upcoming Anjunadeep track, Basic Perspective - Small Step on the Other Side (Elevation Remix) in honor of soupy. :)
place wasn't rammed in terms of twenty minutes to get to the toilet rammed, but there was a good crowd and the folks dancing seemed to enjoy themselves. *shrugs* |

Yeah....i had fun last night, but it wasn't the best event i've been to, last time i went to room was for Meat Katie and that was what i call a good event. I think promotion was lacking a bit, and the fact that those not really into trance pretty much don't know who christopher lawrence is :confused: But he dropped scorcher :eyes:
My highlight for the evening was definitely Charlie Z....he played awesome :gsmile: I was with Springhit most of the evening and we had a blast.....I also remember saying hello to Gerry, and kicking it up front with Phil and Teflon Teapot for a bit....u guys rock. Anonymyst's set towards the end in the side room was pretty good too.
