Actually, she has the upper hand because the baby came out of her. Trust me...unless she's proven criminal or drug addict AND he's clean as a whistle, she won't lose custody. It's a little priviledge one gets when they carry a baby around for 9 months. |

He's right. When my sister got her divorce, she shouldn't have gotten the amount of custody she did but American courts are hyper lenient to females, as I'm sure you know. Depending on how this lawsuit in Michigan plays out he could file similarly. I suggest filing suit as soon as possbile.
Still Moral has made several excellent points and to discount him would be unwise. |

why? what exactly is it about them (and you) that you dish out prescriptions like that? Are you somehow a moral authority?

I know and understand that...all he wants is equal visitation, and Im sure he can get that. Shes trying to say he can only see the child once a week for an hour with her supervision:whip:
