See now. It wouldn't be my responsibility if the other part fooled me. She basically, with that action, justifies getting her tongue ripped out if she persists.
I'm not selfish (oh sure) but I sure as hell wouldn't accept getting my life ruined by someone.
And don't talk about "it was your choice, blah blah"... sure, if the child was an ACCIDENT I might "take my responsibility" (oh sure) but if she actively deceived me to get the money... no way. |

if you're dumb enough to get fooled by a "broken condom" you deserve to face the consequences. i don't see it as any different than a girl lying about being on the pill or a girl lying about not having STDs... people will say some ed up stuff in the heat of the moment because they aren't thinking about the future, they're thinking about gettin' their rocks off and having a good time. it takes 2 people to have sex and if you don't do your part to be responsible and cautious, then you deserve the aftermath.
if you think the best solution is to kill/punch/kick/hurt a pregnant woman just because YOU can't face your own mistakes and stupidity, then you're certainly no better of a person than she is. |

but it IS partially your responsibility. if a guy with AIDS lies to me and tells me "hey baby i don't have AIDS i'm clean!" and i believe him, it's MY fault if i do in fact end up with AIDS after sleeping with him. a girl handing you a broken condom is no different than a person handing you a drink spiked with drugs... it's your own choice to believe and trust this person, and yeah sometimes it sucks that we get fooled into trusting people when we really shouldn't, but if you're not careful, that can happen.
moral of the story? don't sleep with people you don't trust 100%... and always carry your own condoms. |

I'd contribute to the child's well being, yes. But I wouldn't let her have me by the balls with it. I'd take her ass to court and sue the out of her for deceiving me with a broken condom.
I thankfully don't know anyone that's happened to... but I'm sure that it does happen now and then. A woman who's mental enough to do something like that doesn't deserve custody of her child. |

No, it's not. It's still his fault, and you could with a clean conscience torture him to death.
To trust someone is never your fault, even if it's foolish. And perhaps better never to do. |
