tiesto is amazing. His Live at energy 2000 was what got me HOOKED. after that there was NO turning back. |

I think with Armin, it's because he has some sort of residency at the Guv so it's very unlikely he would play anywhere else in TO... in addition to that, he's mentioned on several occasions that it's one of his favourite clubs.
With Tiesto, I'm not sure. Saw him at the Guv back in June 2004 and I liked his set but according to some, he just wasn't feeling it there. It was also in the main room and crowding was in full effect, despite the party being on a Thursday night.
I'd like to see him in the KH as well but also curious to see how it will work out with Circa.
I'm just glad he's coming back to TO .. can't wait!!!! |

Yep that is basically what it comes down too.
Every DJ has to sign a contract with the club/talent buyer that they will be playing for. A DJ can get out of the contract if they really want to (Demi switched from Boa to Guv.) I am sure there is more behind it, but seeing as I am not a club owner, a talent buyer or even a promoter I am not totally sure. |
