Lazy people

I'm at good old work right now and I was just thinking today there are a lot of lazy people at my place of work. There are some that work really hard, and will stay longer than they're supposed to without extra pay. Then there's other people that spend their entire day talking to co-workers, talking on the phone, complaining, wandering and going to the bathroom.
The thing that annoys me the most is the endless complaining. Pnviously your job can't be THAT bad b/c you're not quitting! Complain once in awhile, fine...everyone does...but shut up sometimes and just do some work.
Do you guys have people at your work like that? |

Trying to get away with doing as little as possible, as long as their survival is not at stake.

Just funny that you're taking the time to tell us about people who do no work, by posting it on a Internet forum :P.
Nah ,it's true, some people get away with it, some dont', but eventually those who do it, will get caught and punished, and those doing hard work will prosper. |

Yeah, there's a large "turnover" of lazy people here.
My excuse ... they just don't give me any work to do! |

Yes...but this takes like 5 minutes out of my day and I get my work done.
They stand around for HOURS on end doing nothing at all and then complain about how ty their jobs are.
It's just annoying...I really don't care if they hate their jobs or not, yet I have to sit around here and listen to it for hours and hours and hours. Since I'm only part-time I really can't say anything, but I just want to be like "STFU you lazy bitches" one time. |

I work with Union people... there's a select few who screw the pooch, do as little as possible, are late, and quite frankly, incompetent.
And impossible to get rid of.
