Thanks for missing the point.

When I reply directly to your post, that's when I'm focusing on what you say.

Why not spend less money to accomplish they're musical wants and hire a lesser know, yet still talented, dj to spin their tunes.

To promote the name of the club on an international level, not just local.

Even if it doesn't fail, I think they're losing money.

The # of people who will be allowed into a club on a given night will be more or less consistent. The idea behind getting a big headliner is to attract more people, specifically EDM fans in this case.

However without the big headliner, they're just as likely to attract the same number of people based on their other goals: classy, clean, stylish. Yet they sitll paying the big $ for the well-known EDM djs. Why not spend less money to accomplish they're musical wants and hire a lesser know, yet still talented, dj to spin their tunes.

It's not that they don't want to attract the EDM scene people, it's just that they expect you to put some effort into your appearance and dress up a little better I guess...nobody said you can't go ;)

I absolutely agree, and if I ever want to go that badly I will conform. I just think they should decide what's more important to them:

Fashion or Music ... and if its fashion, then why not save some money on the big headliners.

Cause then it turns into any other nightclub on the strip, there's nothing interesting or exciting or different about it. As it stands now it's the only club that does both really :)

I would actually have to agree with Skipper in this post, which is unbelievable cause we never agree on anything :haha: :stongue: monumental occasion

To attract patrons from outside of TO/CAN, or to associate with talent from outside of TO/CAN?

I think what they're trying to say is that they'd like to put the club on the same level as some clubs in the Miami for example...or even Europe

Abercrombie
No issues with my first time at TiL for Roger Sanchez. Lots of hot ladies everywhere, seemed to outnumber the men.... Many TA girls, few TA dudes.

I'm starting to the see point. Bouncers seem to keep a good balance of customers.

Why would they lose money?

The "traditional" EDM scene spends far, far less at the bar than the crowd that frequents TIL on Saturdays. When was the last time you saw bottle service at a rave?
