Nice seeing everyone out last night. It was a debaucherous night as it was my first big night out since coming back from Miami. It was nice to see Armin come on at 11pm and hopefully this trend continues with more djs going on early. I got some nice shots using my friends camera so I will post those on here once he gets them on his computer. Good hanging out with DiMethguy, Goochman, Greg, and djy2g33, and everyone else I missed as always. Glad I could help out greg and your girl with getting on stage. An Avalon staff member was being quite a prick though. I don't see the reasoning as to why he got so pissy up there. At least I didn't get bitched at personally. Armin was really into his set and he kept the energy going. Some of those electro tracks at the beginning of his set were really cool. Nice seeing Ludawg23 at Rise for the Low End Specialists and of course hanging out with Kfergs at after afterhours haha. I finally got to sleep at 9am ftl.
Danny Howells + Gabriel and Dresden Next Week. Hope to see Everyone at Avalon and Rise. Maybe if people wanna have a pregame dinner or cocktails somewhere downtown next friday id be interested in that. I doubt Howells can compete with his set from Pawn shop in Miami however. :) |

Definitely was a good night. Two highlights of the evening:
1 - Armin on at 11:00
2 - Fixed the sound.
Good to see the familiar faces: GU, Gooch, DJY, et al.
One thing that pissed me off is that guy who came over at 2:05 and shut off armin's gear. If I was Armin I woulda slugged him.

ah glad it was a good time, i miss avalon looks like they had a cool construction theme goin, they used to have some of the craziest theme nights...
so cool armin went on at 11, a 3hr set is not bad at all!!! def enough time to get ur groove on. |

anyone else catch the dub remix of motorcycle- around you? i love that goddamn track...
Was great to have armin for 3 hours. He really tore up. Was nice to get to hear him play some more progressive stuff and build his set rather than have him just bang it out for two hours.
Georgji I didn't realize but after seeing your pic i was right next to you when you took that. Was cool seeing all the usuals as well.
