seriously tho, give me some honest info on your country and its good qualities and bad. I've always thought it would be a great place to live, I just don't know any specifics.

alice springs in the northern territory has the best dance scene imo.

what about the NON "scene" related stuff. I mean... like, the work situation, the economy, politics. I know each of those topics could be the focus of a 20 page thread individually, but just general input from people who actually live in the country would be a helpful start for me and very much appreciated (thank you in advance)

i hate to admit it but the Liberal Govt (republicans) have done a very nice job in managing the economy & unemployment. inflation is low too.
