But no, FAR from Italian. My mom is German and my dad is French. But I was born and raised in MTL. |

My Grandpa on my dads side is Jewish, so that's quite a combo French/German.../Jew.... |

Do they get ..upset? lol
I know alot of them , when you ask , will go on and on about why they are, and why seperating would be the best thing for everyone. They way I see it, is QC would be more poor then a 3rd world country. They get 90% of everything from the rest or Canada, so more importing, the currency would need to change, bla bla bla becoming it's own country.
