If we take Marc van Linden for example: on his site he announces that he plays at the TA float. There is no word about the other 3 floats where he is on the line-up. |

Because Tiesto is headling it. Because it looks like it's going to end up with a number of trance floats, voted in by a load of teenage yanks who have probably never even stepped foot in a club before. Because Motte has pulled out. Because the parade looks like it could end up without many of it's usual Berlin suspects.
All they are concerned about is pulling in the numbers by bringing in the 'big names' who have all to do with the loveparade. Or even with Berlin for that matter. It is disgusting.
Who give's a about all that though, DuMonde might be there. |

It's always been like that........ except this year you have an option to vote for their to be 'real DJ's' as you elitists would put it.
Who's dumb: the organizers to realise how much money they can make at this, or you for thinking you can have a million people and all of them will be as smart as you when it comes to EDM? |

Yes there are way too many trance floats in the voting but only 1 or 2 will make it to the loveparade. There are 35 floats and the people who organize the Loveparade will make sure that most edm genres are represented.

If you have 400(!!!) floats in the voting you can't avoid that there are a lot of crap ones...
But there are a lot of quality ones too.
Hell, you don't even know which floats will win the vote and be at the parade... 370 floats won't make it to the parade so keep cool...
