im sorry for u rob u need a lot of rest that's all which will make u get better....i had mono when i was 16.....i got it by drinking in someone's bottle ....in my class we had this bad habit when we were thirsty to share bottle and that's how i got it ...i got sick for like 4 months extremely tired .....but once u got the mono u can't have it anymore so sleep a lot rest.....

i had mono, but it wasnt a bad case of it. i thought it was just a cold that wouldnt go away and i was just so tired from working so much. but about a month or so later, my b/f at the time had the same symptoms and he wound up having mono. it was then that i realised that i had mono. it was a pretty mild case of it, i was lucky. i remember having a really high fever for a weekend and this really bad taste in my mouth from my throat.
you sound like you may have a bad case of it. i *think* you are contagious for about 6 months, but only thru saliva. |

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm only contagious via fluids. I'm pretty sure the biggest reason they're keeping me out of the classroom for the moment is just my cold, because it has a bad cough/sneeze, and in turn the opportunity to pass it on. |

I had mono like symptoms and strep throat in the summer....worst weekend of my life. I hallucinted and never slept, and my neck was huge.
seriously, just sleep all day and do nothing, doing anything makes it much worse. Studying, driving all that causes stress which makes the symptoms worse.
and it is only contagious when you are showing symptoms. So once those pass you can return to making out with ocmplete strangers. |
