her weekend being ruined doesn't void that fact that she owes you money. i hope she smartens up and pays you eventually.
about ppl's true colors... you never know when they'll surface. it could be a day it could be years... you just never know. i've been screwed over before... you just need to learn, fix the situation/cut your losses and move on. |

It sucks that you lost a good friend.
That being said, I really think that most people are a bit crazy sometimes. Obviously some more than others but everyone has their moments.
For me it all boils down to how much I value their friendship and wether it's worth putting up with their ugly side to reap the benefits when they are being a good friend. |

girls like that wonder why at 40 they are divorced and cant find a decent husband.
Answer: because once the youth and looks are gone, its all about personality and being a good person and if you dont have that then you are screwed. |

| ^^ jay, it's not just girls that pull like that and you know it. a guy could just as easily have done that. |

She lost no money. She actually has way more money than she should. |

| I can't tell the difference between someone showing their true colours and someone who's changed. |

a couple of you might already know this story
but im gonna tell it anyway
there was a very good friend of mine that used to hang out very often with a few others. we were the boys. we've been friends for probably about 8 years until one day he decided to me.
a couple years ago i dated this one girl. things didnt work out so we went out separate ways but still kept in touch. she used to tell me that she would never date any of my friends because it would just be weird. then one day my buddy decides to hook up with her which i really had no problem with but at least have the decency to tell me. instead he told all my other friends "her and i went there this weekend and we did this and that... but dont tell jay". purposely doing behind my back is extremely lame. they have been dating for quite some time now and i still havent said a word to him until he is man enough to come up to me.
he was always the first one to say "bros before hos" and he seems to be the first one to contradict himself.
whatever. him.
at least it only took 8 years for me to see his true colours, and not 20 years. |
