i used northern to go to from london to denver ....i never heard about this compagny before and i was scared first when i heard this compagny had sometimes probs with delay .....but everything went good ;)
but my favorite compagny is air france .....it maybe silly but im more reassured when i take long flights to hear the flight attendants and everyone speak to me in french .....otherwise im scared that they can say something important and just miss it out .....and usually when someone is speaking to me i have in the plane the biggest difficulty to speak english properly.....:( |

| finnair ftw, flown with them a couple of times and it was the smoothest airplaneride ever. ryanair is a big steaming pile of cheapness, they really suck but they are dirtcheap. aeroflot was quite the experience, especially when having the most retarded stewardess ever. |

I like how most people equate aircraft type with comfort/seating arrangements.
Its the airline who decides what type/how many/what layout for the cabin seating, aircraft type rarely matters. |

Smaller airlines are usually better, but not in all cases, unfortunately.
Years ago I would have agreed with you on American, but lately I heard they weren't doing so good. When I went to Los Angeles in January, I flew on Song Airlines, which is part of Delta. Not bad at all.
|
I flew song from seattle to new york, then air france from new york to rome. I liked them both. By far the best two airlines I have flown with. |

| I have flown primarily with Continental and Southwest. But from what I can remember i've also flown Delta, KLM, Northwest, British Airways, and handful of others. Basically they all suck and I go with who has the best deal for the timeslots. airplanes suck for tall people |
