Well.. I went and read it in full soon after my first post here (mostly because I felt like procrastinating my work). There isn't much of anything in there man, it all seems like another one of those Michael Moore movies in letter form -- and while people might worship Moore for his films and writing and whatnot, I frankly think it's all bull.
I'm not really out to rant atm though I do realize that's in part what I'm doing, but aren't you a bit sick of the "OMG CONSPIRACY" thing coming up every other minute with a new reason? Many of the points in the letter are valid, but it's nothing new and all he's doing is trying to call Bush out and deface him. I think it's worthless - especially coming from a ruthless dictator. |

Show me proof that he's telling the truth. The argument Moore brings forth is that 9/11 was organized with the assistance of the US government as propaganda blah blah. He bring sup points from people you haven't heard and shows you all the things that can possibly bring doubt to a person's mind individually rather than showing the full picture. No, he hasn't attacked countries yet, he's waiting for Bush to do something stupid so he can brush it aside as "proper" in the eyes of the world. I'll admit that's a smarter way of thinking, but all he's doing is waiting so that he won't be blamed - it seems he's more than eager to stir . |

Yeah. I realize he's not directly a dictator but blocking out any options of voting for other leaders and basically public 'rigging' of the government pretty much qualifies you for dictatorship, wouldn't you agree? |

Fact is that he is speaking his mind and telling this admin to off with their policies and there is no proof anywhere that he about to go invade any countries,it is all media hype and nothing else.They are making this guys look like hitler ffs. |

No, I don't believe there's anything in Iraq - Saddam had enough going but it had nothing to do with Al Qaeda IMO. As I said, I'm not one to appreciate conspiracy theories and all that crap.

No, you're right, there's no proof. There is plenty of room for valid suspicion and very little reason to trust the current president. And you're right, he hasn't become another Hitler; Hitler was much smarter (not condoning what he did, just being honest).
You can feel free to blame my opinions on the media, but the Iranian president openly supports groups that aren't especially 'safe' (see Hamas for more information). I'm sure as hell not going into another topic about Hamas and all that though - I do think you understand me though.
P.S. In no way am I saying Bush is some innocent loveable guy. He's done more than his share of stupid things - but you don't balance things out by throwing another idiot who's in way over his head. |
