Iran who is planning to sell its oil for Euro, that is an Oil Exchange that will have Euro as its base currency; now its Russia who is also planning to sell its oil for Roubles.
This is set to now happen 6 months earlier than previously reported.

Who cares if no one can attack them.
They're the biggest international laughing stock, and have been since 1989.
