i have an EXTREME fear of flying but i totally loved the first disc of LAX (i haven't heard disc 2 yet)
i just started working a new job next to LAX so i drive past it everyday. this morning...as i'm driving into work listening to your mix...everything seemed to just sync perfectly as the planes were flying overhead :)
i don't normally listen to this kind of house but i must say, technically, it's pretty much flawless. i don't wanna put you down bas but i think your mixing is a lot better on cdj's than turntables. your promos often have little flaws but on this mix i thought you did awesome. great track selection as well
and clovis, what can i say man...every mix you put out just amazes me more and more. srsly dude, this surpasses stonedacion BIG TIME. you and bas work so much better as a tag team...keep it up and hopefully you fools can get more gigs around town
i will be listening to disc 2 tomorrow...thanx for uploading these iduro |

Cd1.
Track.
1. Great intro , really like this track.
2. Must be a dub version of this song ? She can't sing in key..
3.Nice one this but very reminiscent of the tall paul remix they did. Still a quality tune though.
4.bouncy little number this , a bit messy with the mix but passable.
5.to much tribal nonsense in this track for me.
6.smooth smooth mix, bought this one myself, great track.
7. has some very old school flavours to it this one , reminds me of an updated "pacifica". Nice one.
8.whoah whoah whoah , somebody turn this e off !!.. Whoevers decision it was to change pace and put this bollocks on should be carstrated !!... Criminal act to stat off a set with such quality and then dump this turd into the mix. Did your little sister walk into the room and put this on??
9.Another moodier track with some really naff guitar thing happening in the background. Nup thats 2 turds in a row for my ears.
10.Have always loved this one , quality quality tune !!. Now if you could only mix this in at number 8 all would be good.
11.Forgettable stuff this , not really anything worth playing it for . why did you ??
12.Damn fine track this !!!!! LOVE IT !
13. Is there a track 13 ??
Great mix for the most part guys.
Really enjoyed most of those tracks ! |

What the hell has listening to music got to do with flying ? Did you see this mix was based around aeroplanes and felt apprehensive about listening to it... Thats some funny stuff mate. |

That's because cdjs don't have a motor that needed to be repaired about 6 months ago :p |

Thanks Ivan and Coded. Frankly, I think the tracklist is pretty good, yes I dont like some of bas vocals and some of my tracks are a little weird...but overall we work pretty well together. The mixing on this was not that great I felt...some parts were real good, but it was not consistent...
We were also very tired going into disc 2 as we had just ed around for 2 hours, then recorded disc one...and then went to eat.
I like the beggining of disc 2 the best...till about 40 minutes... |
