i dont think he has been the most useless number 1 pick, i am sure we can find someone else. Yes, he has under acheived, but recently he has started to come good. |

I'd say that the drug-dealing and mafia involvement over the past couple of years would kinda cancel that out... :p
But yeah, it's pretty hard to compare a guy who's been in the league for 10 years with a guy who's only been in there for 4. |

Well if Alex McDonald won it for Hawthorn it kind of de-values the whole system cause he was completely useless and thats back when we were still playing well.

Goddard is truckloads better then him....
then again, wtf is the point of this thread Paulie...
take a look at the ladder sunshine.. at least we dont have to resort to playing basketball to beat quality teams...

Stephen Hooper was feekin useless as well, and who are those Richmond Bogans..
Imo
1. Gardiner (had massive potential but let the party lifestyle get to him)
2. Johnstone (good footballer now but took too long to come good)
3. Goddard (looked great in his first year, only now starting to show a bit of that form)
clive waterhouse doesnt count because Paulie stated that it had to be of the last 10 yrs.. Renegade so kindly gave us the last 20 |
