Surprisingly enough.

You bumping a thread and leaving your stain is not a surprise at all.

So I was just wondering what you guys would consider in 10 years the classics of the past couple of years?

(stick to trance and prog trance)
How abouts this ones: vascotia-calibro George Hales-autumn falls Firewall-sincere Pulser-My Religion
Camwin
We'll have to wait and see ;)

Song that i think deserve it are.

Tilt - "12"
Art of Trance - "Mongoose" (Tek^Tonik Remix) and "Persia"
Ace's Delight - "Mental Theme" (Ultra Trance Mix)
Endre - "Kallocain"
Mirco de Govia - "Voller Sterne"
Solar Stone - "solarcoaster" and "Release"
Blackwatch Vs. Quivver - "Loveless"
Cosmicman - "I love you"
Darren Tate Vs. Jono Grant - "Let the light shine in"
Hemstock & Jennings - "Crimson Soil"
Mirco de Govia - "Epic monolith"
Tranquility Base - "Razorfish" (Above & Beyond Progressive Mix)

I know most of them are old but honestly couldn't think of many that deserve it.

Can't say i'm a huge fan but IMO Blackwater's gonna be one of the biggest classics in ten years:conf:

You posting a completely random comment isn't really either.

imo the classics that i will be remembering when im hobbling around a club on my walking stick in the not to near future will be:

hydra - affinity
p.o.s - remember
aalto - rush (simon patterson dropped this last sat at passion and the whole place took off, it had a real dated feel, but took me back to the good old days, in between the classic era and today, so good to hear djs drop cheeky numbers like this with music from todays sound)
fictivision vs c-quence - symbols
ralphie b - massive (great shout mark, deffo a tune indeed)
ronski speed - iris
nu nrg - dreamland
robert gitelman - things to say
terry bones - introspection (askew mix)

loads more, particulary the not so popular tracks will be the ones that stick out as classics to me, theres so many.

everyone is mentioning age of love

but if your going to talk about 1993 classic you have to bring in cafe del mar by energy 52.. that would be more trancey then age of love with more trance structure.

Its hard to say.. the early 90s we're past that.. 10 years from now w'ell say something from 98-99 would be more solid for a definition.

as for tracks.. im unsure :p

I meant that from the songs I posted, you'd know what other tunes are considered classics by me.

Blueprint and Hidden Sun Of Venus, Circa Forever too.
