I believe we are all doing tandem... that's what I have the reservations for... 13,000' jump... 30-45 sec freefall strapped to an instructor...
There is less training involved than if you were jumping by yourself...
Apparently we are all going to be full of adrenaline even hours after our jump... so I suggest all of us head to skybar for the night and let the dancefloor take it out of us... he he

^ if I go to skybar i'll probably be too pumped up still, try to pull off some crazy dance maneuver and endup below on the street
anyway, this is going to be so awesome! omg, so pumped up!
my boss said to me today "I dont even like climbing latters, but now I'M even pumped and up and wanting to go from you talking about it!" hahaha

Skydive Burnaby
This place is ten minutes from the original place we were going to dive from, but they can accommodate us better...
Instead of having 2-3 people at a time in the plane they can have 6 of us go up at a time...
AND they have pictures at Skydive Burnaby AND they are giving us a rate of about $20 cheaper...
They are just as qualified and I think the change in price has to do with the number of instructor (tandem divers) they have. The other place only has 2 or 3 I think.
The training starts at 11:30 am sharp and we should be done by 2 pm... all of us...
Let's plan on being there for 11 am please...
There is a total of 17 people going including vickyvale... so 3 groups of 6... We have space for one more guys... he he |

NEW DIRECTIONS TO SKYDIVING BURNABY
• Take the QEW towards Niagara
• Take Exit 57, Victoria Avenue (HWY 24)
• At the flashing yellow light turn left on Webber Rd.
• Turn right on Prince Charles Dr. (HWY 58)
• Turn right onto HWY 3 at the McDonald's
• Follow HWY 3 into Wainfleet
• Make a left onto Burnaby Road
• We are on the left about 1/2 mile down the road
Be at skydive location for 11:30 am sharp! |
