| saturday i got very sober and very angry. somehow i ended up with a big cut on my hand. and it really hurts. specially grabbig the steering wheel since its smack in the middle of the palm of my hand. |

| I graduated from physical therapy today! I didn't expect to be done until december at the earliest. I did the mile in 4:45 on the elliptical machine. I couldn't even run a mile when I was in shape prior to rehab in under 6 minutes. :wtf: |

anyhow just watched guatemala beat mexico. 4 red cards, 7 yellow cards, 2 fights, 2 coaches got kicked out from guatemala.
score 3 - 2 :D
first time we beat mexico in 10 years :D |
