i just got back from oktoberfest in munich, and all i can say is...

haha, ok, more of a review now
so Oktoberfest is held in Munich every year (for the past 200 or so years, this is where it started ;) )
they pretty much set up a mini city-within-a-city for three weeks, september 16-october 3. dont ask me why its over by october, that's just the way it is lol :p
basically, what it is is eight 10,000+ person tents, a bunch of outdoor biergartens, and TONS of amusement park rides to help you throw up all the beer you just drank (dont ask me how i know :wtf: )
here's some pics of the tents and such, keep in mind, these are all during the day... keep in mind, all these tents are temporary, they take them down each year lol . at night, imagine that peopl are dancing on top of all the tables, and well, theyre really drunk lol
the awesome part about oktoberfest, is they make the beer stronger JUST for the festival... upwards of 8% lol. pretty much, every morning we were SLOSHED by about 1130am, had to pass out on this little hill they had there, and continue drinking all day/night :crazy:
6 million people go to the festival (one out of every thousand peopl on the planet haha :disbelief ) and they drink 1 million kegs... that's impreessive considering there's a lot of kids and older people there too :wtf:
