Serbia & Montenegro is playing against Nederlands tomorrow and I'm getting really nervous about this game. It's very important to get a good start on the tournament and we can get a good start if we just play well and after our plans.
Starting from the back, Dragoslav Jevric is the number one choice for our national team. He's been great during the qualifying round.
Our defence is one of the reasons that we won our group and made it through. It's very strongly compiled with "The Famous Four", which includes:
Goran Gavrancic, Nemanja Vidic, Mladen Krstajic and Ivica Dragutinovic. Nemanja Vidic won't be playing tomorrow against Nederlands and this will probably lead to a 3-5-2 formation. I think Igor Duljaj will fill up for Gavrancic on the left side, and Gavrancic is going to play together with Mladen Krstajic in the central part of the defence. This means that Albert Nadj will be playing alone as defensive midfielder and try to fill up for Stankovic who will get a more offensive role, even though he will be working hard.
We've got Dejan Stankovic as our keyplayer on the midfield, while Predrag Djordjevic is the one who will get the balls and try to open up the Dutch defence. Stankovic is more defensive than Djordjevic, even though both fights on every ball. Both players often plays very well overall on the field, they're everywhere at times..
Upfront: Mateja Kezman and Savo Milosevic perhaps. I would like to see Nikola Zigic play there aswell, but now it's about routine, so Savo will get the chance to play most likely. Zigic as a substitute, He would destroy the Dutch in the air.

| I'm going to agree with the 3-0 for Holland due to history between the teams (that 5-1 or 6-1 in euro 2000!) but i'm not too sure of it. Maybe the serbs will manage a revenge. |

Back in 2000 we had to old players who were participating in the European Championships.
Back in 1998 we had a great team with both experienced and young players, but the teamfeeling can't be compared to the one we have now.
With other words, we're tired of losing against Nederlands and we're going to do our best to win over you this time. In 1998 Bergkamp was an ass, and I hope the players will take revenge for once.

S&M are better than on the EC2000 and The Netherlands have a team that isn't as good as back then, some players have a lot of class but I think they will miss the experience at some crucial moments. |
