Don't worry about it... technically it is the M.I.K.E. mix as Push and M.I.K.E. are one and the same. You could also say it's a 'Solar Factor' Remix or any number of different guises that M.I.K.E. uses as a producer.
The only difference that may be made is that Mike (Dirk) Dierickx uses different names depending on the mood and feel that he generates in his tracks. Take 'The Seventh Day' by The Gift, that's also M.I.K.E. working with Mark Dedeross.
As you will probably discover, although it seems like there are a ton of producers out there, a lot of the tracks we know and love are very often by the same people just under different names. The track 'Whispers' - Electrovoya (Can't help but keep mentioning that track ;)) is Greg Murray + other. Airbase and Mono is Jesper Söderlund.
Darren Tate writes commercial stuff as Jurgen Vries so you get the picture.
You probably actually know all this but thought I would write this for some of the younger TAs who may not know. It's very often good to know stuff like this when venturing into a record shop as it's a usefull weapon when dealing with some of the pricks you find in these places. Some call it 'trainspotting' and it can be a bit on the excesive side sometimes but knowledge is alway power.
Eventually you will also come to recognise the styles and tendencies of each producer.

noticed that some online record shops tend to 'distort the facts' a bit once in a while, like putting the names of the producers' most know aliases, or mentioning loads of dj's who probably never played the track, don't trust too much on the shops' info |

EDIT: holy picture discs are amazing!!! They have virtually no staticness and attract hardly any dust or dirt...all vinyl should be made with this material :crazy: :happy2: |
