I use musicstack regularly.
It's simply a marketplace with over 3000 affiliated sellers, so any problems you may encounter cannot be followed up through musicstack, but direct with the seller.
Each seller has their own rating, so if making any larger orders, go with recognised musicstack sellers with good feedback ratings.
Personally I have had nothing but good experience with everything I have bought on Musicstack since I found it in August (this year).
I find it an awesome tool for searching availability for vinyl, though there are still some good record stores that do not sell on musicstack, so it shouldn't be the only place to find your vinyl.
