Belgium. Actually I'm pretty sure that you'll go to jail in any country when you shoot someone who isn't directly a thread for your safety (even when they have infiltrated in your house). Burglars are supposedly not a threat, only if they are pointing some sort of weapon towards you do you have the right to self-defence. Never shoot a burglar in the back or you'll be sorry. |

I believe it works the same in the US, too, though it might vary from state to state. |

| I used to own a 9mm but after serving my 2 years in the state penn, im not allowed to own a firearm anymore. Being locked up wasnt that bad. I alot easier now, dont even really have to push. |

In Canada, as civillians we are not allowed to own guns. To be quite honest with you, it makes me feel a hell of a lot safer.
I would much rather not have a gun, and be a little less "safe" when attacked by a thief, than to have a bunch of gun-toting ego-maniacs wandering around. |
