| allright, i dont wanna start anything and keep this a friendly conversation =) i'd bet you that if you have gone to any of the parties i have been to in the last coupple of years, and tryed buying something there that is a 1 in 10 chance that it was real, and if it is, it's usually still a little bunk. |

ok that is a stupid statement...saying that u bought stuff from people u didnt know and you are still here and u didnt die...
its like Russian roulette...yes u may have a gun that holds 6 bullets with 1 bullet in it and yes u may put that gun to your head and pull the trigger 5 times and nothing happens...but that bullet is still out there waiting to get you....it may tak emany tries to get it ot it may take just 1...dont be that naive |

You are each voicing your own opinions about a subject, and then attacking each other for having those opinions.... LoL.... and these are the TA natives. Come on guys. Let people say what they want to say instead of everyone living in fear of being ridiculed....
what i've noticed reading 3rd person in this thread is the "pro-drug" users are in a "seeming" defense-mode attacking everyone who says they don't use drugs. Unless you get personally attacked, why do you feel the need to attack others? Oh yah, must be all the drugs.

All of my friends have been to Amsterdam like twice and , and I'm am gonna go sometime in the near future, i was wondering when do you think i should come down.... i mean like what in your opinion is the best party in Amsterdam every year?? I might as well go there when some awesome party is happening!!! |

As I said earlier, my dealers are my friends, but I did buy some stuff from strangers in the old days....but I think some of us had already concluded that the drug-scenes in Holland (Europe even maybe) and the US are quite different!
But I'm not in denial or smth...I see the risks and I mainly try to avoid them (I'm a liar...how can I try to avoid risks if I just swallowed the biggest risk ;))
Anyway....I hope everyone out there knows what he/she is doing, and not only when taking drugs, but also when drinking, or having unsafe sex etc...or even playing wiv daddy's gun or so....life is full of risks..ouch! my wrist starts to hurt..I'm goin to bed (finally)

I'd say go to Sensation! Sensation White (dresscode) = on the 6th of July, and is for trance/prog geeks, and Sensation Black (dresscode) is on July 13 and mainly for Techno/Hardtrance/NL Hardhouse geeks :)
Dancevalley (Aug. 3)is an outdoor day-festival but it's somehow sold out before the presale date has started off :stongue:
Then there's hopefully the Awakenings-festival again, same hours as Dancevalley, same area....only prolly in the end of August, It's a techno-festival.
Other than that I'll have to look on some party-agenda's tomorrow :)

no i don't want to fight. I just think (and please if anyone disagrees with THIS, let me know) that if someone says they don't need drugs to enjoy trance, they are NOT saying that *you* DO need drugs to enjoy trance, or that its pathetic if you do. They are simply stating about THEMSELVES. There has been like 2-3 people in this thread that have been attacked that didn't say "you are weak if you need drugs to enjoy trance", or anything of the sort! They just stated that they didn't personally use drugs. YET their comments get quoted and they get drilled by the "defenders".
Not to mention look at the TITLE OF THE THREAD! most of the people who have posted in here have been attacking (or quoting and drilling, pick whichever sounds better to you) those who have honestly replied that they don't do drugs at parties. Well, if you do casual drugs at parties, then why are you getting involved in the discussion of this thread? its not like people in here are saying "we are better than drug users".... no conspiring going on.
I don't think you are lesser of a person if you do drugs. I do think you are lesser of a person if you criticize someone for not doing drugs.
