So happy that my old favorite team's in the final again after 12 years.
But this time around Italy has more chances to get the cup.
12 years ago Brazil was the dominating force of the tournament and even the Italians knew that they had no chance against them.
Btw Italy made me 5$ :D lol. I just knew Italy was gonna win |

I feel sorry for the Germans, because they really came out of nowhere and played very well to top their group and take out Sweden and the Argies. And they were literally 90 seconds away from reaching yet another Final because I think we all know they would probably have won on PK's. Plus I've always deeply respected Klinsman, as he was such a force when I was watching football as a kid.
But credit goes to the Italians. I hate their diving and theatrical antics (which were CLEARLY ON DISPLAY TODAY YET AGAIN!), but they were the more skilled side and deserve to be in the Final. I now hope that France walks through Portugal and wins their 2nd title. |

I rooted for Brazil & Italy from the begining, but as Brazil pulled out, only Italy left. And when they crashed our ing Ukraine i loved them more than ever. Still hope Italy will reach the title. They play better with every match! Today they played amazing match!
I also liked Klinsmann when i was a kid. Really hate franch football team, but i have to say, that Zizu makes all game, without him France is . Excellent play, sad that it's his prelast match for french team.

your post is a good example for what ive thinking...germany played well and fair, just like the people on the streets in our country.
i hope that the people who came to germany now got a better picture of the german people and our mentality.
we are not the bad german krauts, really :)
i think we like (as an example) the english people more than some propaganda newspaper´s tell you .
we are not your enemy!! and i think our both country´s have the most resemble culture :)

| My English Grandpa fought the Germans in WW2 and he was cheering for them today with enthusiasm! He said that more Germans probably cheer on England these days than not and I think the same is true for England fans in support of Germany. It's too bad for Klinsman and Neuville though....great men of football in my opinion. |

They deserved to win, they denfended and attakced better and more organaised.
Now Italy has to take teh revenge against France. |
