Actually optimistic. Sure, France is on top form right now, and they're favourites but we have a chance and it's about time we beat them in a semi.
I don't get why some people are saying that "nobody expected Portugal to go so far" and that "we're the surprise of the tournament". There's no doubt our history is far from the german, italian and french, but i would have thought over the last couple of years we have earned enough respect to be currently considered as one of the best teams in the world. |
