None. Most of the local Djs I've seen, while good, dont offer anything new or fresh. Their sound like the technically competent Djs in every other major city around the globe that has a scene.
Which would explain why I havent seen any local Dj make it into the top 100 list. And the production scene here is horrid. Cant someone here make a cool track to put us on the map or are we just gonna be a creative waste? if some kids in Netherlands can do it with cheap software you would think someone here could make something good.
What is it in the food, water or drink in other places? |

haha, it's a good intro into the music that took so long. most of us took like 2-4 years to find the music we really liked. hell, most of the CD stores growing up only carried like prodigy, chemical bros and an occasional oakenfold. especially in suburbia cd stores.
also, most places in europe you can go clubbing at 16, 17, 18... thats incredibly hard here so our intro to the music is much later. although, no excuse music is music and talent is talent. sooner or later we'll get one :) |

No worries because I'm not back in LA: still in Boston. People keep thinking I'm a 'local', though, because maybe I troll the LA board so much :D. Don't worry I'll be visiting LA sometime in the near future. |
