EDM Producers who are engineers.

I was wondering what EDM Producers use engineers... Now, I'm not trying to start a flame war, which is why I came in here and not the main room...

I'm an audio engineering student and I'm trying to develop my ears for producers who engineer their own tracks and who doesn't....

So, if you know for a fact that a producer uses an Enginner, post it here... Again, no wars against any particular producer and I'm interested in all genres that you might know of...

:)

tiesto uses one. Might even be using people to produce the tracks for him too.

Whts the fun in that :conf:

DJ Jean uses one. He doesn't produce himself but pays someone to do so and releases it under his own name.

:D almost all producers and labels use engineers to master their tracks!!! of course the ones with massive and expensive hardware effects and processors:eek:

serious?!

Yes I believe some guy of the klubbheads actually takes care of his tracks. However that I'm not 100% sure about.

I do know for a fact that dj Jean has a producer working for him and he simply buys off all rights or something and then releases it as his own. Which is 100% legal :).
pixxxan
legal but lame!!

i won't write down some names here but i know some big names (in the dj mag top 100) which doesn't produce even a bit but has many releases under his name..
dj_kane
