Just camed back...(I live just 10mins of beach club! yeah! )
WHAT A BAD WEATHER!!! Anyways ,people had lots of fun! Nice vibe!
I was there for MYLO,MISSTRESS BARBARA & BAD BOY BILL
and it was fun! They did all Excellent sets!
I was extremely happy to see Barbara and BBB in the big room,
the sound was better,also protected from the rain.
Now,time to sleep and be there at 10am for CREATOR!!
I'll be back tomorrow night for the second part of the party review.
Nice meeting stereoheads ,Nick pilon ,King Louis & the others... :D |

My review of Sundance Music Festival July 22nd 2006.
So I arrived at the Beach Club quarter to 3 thinking there’s probably going to be a line-up for parking and to get in. Surprised enough I was park closer today then I was last week-end for the Ckoi Beach Party. So I get inside and start looking around the place is empty! There wasn’t 1000 people at 3PM. The set up was amazing, the Beach Stage was nice with the tent. The laser, lights, stage, the screen beside the DJ. And the Angel Stage was basically the House deck of the beach Club but with a bit of Godskitchen touch.
DJ:
Sandra Collins: She looks so hot, she manage a good set played a bit of everything.
Second Sun: Those guys are Crazy! The energy and the power of the music. Wow
Bad Boy Bill: Good powerful House music
Nick Pilon: Great Set (thanks again for the last track)
Misstress Barbara: She played much better then the last time I saw her at BeB.
Phynn: He’s like Armin or Tiesto but with no presence behind the decks. He played great trance. Classic and New tracks (voyage, without you, 5, southern Sun, etc…)
Victor Calderone: Good deep House, he looked like he has fun.
4 Strings: The music was ok, the flow wasn’t. Plus he was so tired.
Overall a great day ! It’s a shame mother nature wasn’t on our side. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow and the event will come back next year. It was nice to see Nick, Louis and Val.
Promoters: FYI When I spend 50$ 60$ or even 100$ to go listen and see International DJ, I do not want some IDIOT with a “Tamtam“ or a drum play over the music !

Some people were so ed in the "Angel" spot. Like they had this "I think I see Jesus" look on their faces. ROFL.

Yeah the weather sucked hard. Lots of people chocked. GG prolly lost a load of money.

Barbara: Super
Phynn: Good because of the classics he played.
Calderone: Would've been super if I wasn't that tired.

| phynn played a very good trance set, starting by swing 2 harmony (dub mix).. this guy was crazy !! 4 strings were not bad, but not so good either.. Phynn saved the day anyway !! |

serieusement decu!! jarrive vers 3 heure la place est pratiquement vide, je mattendai a boucoup plus de monde
sa c remplio tranquillement,mais sans vraimetn etre plein a craquer,surment acause de la temperature, ya mouiller pratiquement toute la journee
en arrivant jetias content de voir que la salle trance etais sous la grosse tente et le housse dans la petite place, mais bad boy bill est toute vnu ****** mon fun en chialan quiavias personne dans la salle house pour ecouter son set,, fak ya reussi a faire transferer la salle house sou la grande tente et le trance dans la petite salle....sinon il aurai surment pas spinenr et brayer une shot... mais squi est plate la dedan c quil y avias quand meme presque tout lmodne sous la grand salle avant que bad boy bill vienne tout ******, fak danl fon le monde son tous rester dnas la grande salle, acause dla pluie surment, et dnas la salle trance, on peu dire que cetias pratiquement vide, la crowd etias pourrite!! jetias surment le seule qui etais la pour voir phynn et 4 string avec mon friend pezcore
une chance que son set etais bon pareil, ya joeur plein de classic et une coupe de nouveauter,, masi comme la crowd ny etias pas,, phynn est 4 string avias dlair a semmerder royalment!!!
je trovue sa dommage que pour une fois quon fesai vnir dautre artist trance d,europe autre que armin tiesto ou ferry, ben que la salle soit vide, c comme payer des gros headliner pour rien
entk me suis fais du fun pariel a tripper sur les 2 set, c vrai que phynn etias meilleru que 4 string, mes les 2 on mit du bon stock dans dans leur 2 ieme heure,,, la premreir heure des 2 artist soit trop tech trance ou trop smooth
decu oui!! masi bon set pareil!!!
c la quon voit quau quebec, la crowd clubbeur se fou un peu dla music
sinon phynn meritai autent de monde ou meme plus de monde pour le voir que armin ferry ou tiesto en attire quand ils vienne!!
