Oh you wish u were there!! First, props to the people that organized the event and to the TA's involved. I can see that a lots of details were put on the construction of the tranceaddict.com stage.

We arrived saturday around 4 and planted our tent in the first clear spot we found to find after that we were to close to the D'n'B stage. Lets say i had enough D'n'B for the next 10 years. ;-)

Highligh of the night was john 00 fleming's set, which i think was top notch, also Mark EG was good and Savage screw a couple of times her mixing but overall played a good set and got the people moving.
Question: did the Thrillseekers played at all? Somehow i missed them ...

My friends (this was their first time) had an amazing night and are looking forward already to the next event.

Till the next one. Ciao ciao!

i did my first ever wemf (just got home)...i saw and met so many people from all walks of life it's crazy and exciting; from candy ravers (underage) to older candy ravers to gino's to hip hop lookin folks, rockers, punks, junglists, dnb fans, beaks fans, trance addict type people, to just plain ol' out to enjoy a weekend of camping with non stop music of all sorts......the people that were the least social, welcoming and outgoing...well how bout i just dont say that on this particular thread. i've seen some seriously sketch parties (every time i've been to guv) but still am not there to judge im there for the music, for the artist, for me, the experience, and with my friends. I had a great time! ....non stop pounding techno in the pit (20 feet from our tent no complaints on that till day 2 when i noticed the dj's played atleast 2 tracks the same as every other dj) then what really felt like 8 yrs of the same jungle song pounding in my head and our tent, massive amounts of dirt dust up my nose and in my lungs and 3 hrs of sleep in 3 days ouchies time to catch up and recoup.... but still no passing judgement! :P If they ever decide to get different names and stop allowing jungle to be played for 24 hrs straight louder then any other stage with same sounding beat over and over again and not at tweed, im so there!

Ps/ Ben great to see u! always smiling and sayin hi and well of course, dancing hehe

after getting lost on the way home trying to get back on the 401 after dropping my friends off in waterloo........ *i still think your town is poorly designed theresa* i finally made it home.

overall i had a great time as usual. tweed again proved itself to be the ties venue of all time...... but i was expecting that. the dust was driving me mad. that stuff got everywhere.

as far as the sets go, friday night i really didnt get into it until chris liberator, and dave the drummer. both had awesome techno sets

after the outdoor stages closed, i spend the rest of the night and early morning going to the hardcore stage and the camp site.

after getting about 30 mins of sleep, putted around for the day and the night got started with a bang...

OS/2 owned me..... hands down one of my fav sets of the night

Jelo... see above line

Scott Stubbs - i give him an A++++ for track selection and an F---- for mixing and general beatmatching skills....

Thrillseakers and J00f rocked as well. near the end of john's set, he busted out some really dirty psy trance.....

frankly i was kind of dissapointed in mark EG's set, i was half expecting a slammin hard trance set to break us in for anne savage but we got techno instead. and i just wasnt feeling it, so i went back to my tent until anne saveage came on.

her set was just plain awesome. i had a blast rippin up the lawn with the TA's front and center. i ended up goin to bed at about 6:30 to try and get a couple hours of sleep so i could drive home.

all in all i had a great time. but i kind of felt that destiny didnt quite deliver like they have in the past.

ok now time for sleep....

arrived friday night/sat morn 4am i never thought i was gonna have so much fun. Im sure that party takes a ton of hard work to put together and wow does it ever show. great job; thanks for the weekend

highlights: euro battle, capital j, jelo (set of the weekend), chris liberator, ortemy, scott stubbs (enjoy the silence mashup), camping, frisbee, renegade stages, the venue, mark eg, the todd-dekoze moment, jamie this morning, free plentiful firewood.

lowlights: none, except for the random super sketch pad but thats expected.

Can't wait till next years (hopefully)
