Should I pretend to be bi/gay to get an apartment?

| I'm looking at listings in the Irvine, CA area, and some of the roomate/apartment offers that are more appealing require that I be either gay or bi. Maybe I could pull off being bi, that doesn't necessarily require that I get involved with a guy. |

Hehe reminds me of that Southpark where Jimbo and Ned infiltrate the KKK and convince them to take the opposite side, since nobody likes the KKK. |

you could have some REALLY hot neighbours who are single, like to walk around in skimpy underwear but they steer well clear because they think you love the cock.
thats pretty much worst case. |

The issue isn't really the fact that the potential renter might be gay/bi.
They prefer to have someone like that so they ( the potential renters ) are not shocked by the behavior that may be taking place there.
It's a precautionary measure, a warning of sorts.
Unless they are really wackjobs they should accept you straight or not, the concern is about you and your acceptance, not the other way around.
And pulling off that you are gay/bi when you are not can be a tuffy! :haha: |

It really depends on whether they are bi or gay. |
