Like i said earlier ... believe & think what you like, and if my review for the night doesn't comply with your thoughts than that's too bad and that's that. |
no, no.... We are just trying to say that we've already heard ur opinion about the night and about Tiesto... enough :) |

Last time @ docks tiesto reminded me yet again that he can still bring it better than any other trance DJ (IMO). And by doing that, i knew he wasnt going to play the same type of set this time around. Those special nights come only once so often. However, it was still a pretty good set, and a fun party.
He may not have had that enthusiasm, and you may feel like his set was lacking something, but really, which big trance DJ out there does every single time? None. Armin and Ferry certainly have their off nights, pvd too, and he isnt going to have a great crowd interaction either.
Do I believe he said that stuff to those girls? I'm iffy, maybe he didnt, maybe he did (i wouldnt put it past him if he was pissed drunk - im sure many guys have said retared stuff when they were intoxicated at one point). Im not saying its right, because he is technically 'working', but who knows. I didnt really have a problem with crowd interaction either because most of the crowd couldnt see him anyways! (me included). I do know that my friend and I, and many others had a great time though, because it was really fun. |

Dude come on man I dont want to quarrel neither. But. How many years have people been paying far more money ($100-$200) for tickets to rock concerts. For Example: The "Rolling Stones" Keith Richards is not totaly waisted and burnt out on stage? The man can hardly string together 3 words in a sentance!
But do you hear thier fans complaining: "Oh that Keith, I'm never going to see the stones or listen to them ever gain,. im going home right now to throw away all their records"?
I dont recall Tiesto being a "Clean & Sober" or "Drug Free" advocate?
If you like his music does it matter?
I walked by the Booth several times during the Night and each time he was smilling and looking into the crowd but that was earlier in the night so I cant really say but its not like It was obvious. When did you notice this? |

Believe it or not, but people who didn't come to the party also read review threads. And it gets real tiring to see someone negatively repeat themselves over and over just because they weren't completely thrilled with the DJ. |

I was in front of his Dj booth for the most part of the night, and everytime i looked at him he was face down, with his chin almost touching the decks or talking to his manager and the guys in the back. And you're right, people pay loads of money for tix to rock/pop/country concerts but it's not the case with electronica. But anyway, his attitude and my friends experience were only cherries on top of the cake, i wasn't impressed by his song selection with a few exceptions, the first 30 mins into his set and the 30 mins before he closed it.
