I was walking along bloor today, saw an advertisement on FCUK it has these two ladies fighting (tugging away at each other) it said Style vs. Fashion I liked it!
Then the front of holt Renfrew is all film festival gala formal wear, some of the other windows are filled with the latest in Burberry fashions! it looks good!!!!!!! Speaking of holt renfrew ALL you gals - have to chekc out the "now or never sale" it's simply amazing sales!!!!FTW
Did anyone check out the jeanne lottie sale on purses? I think it might be over now...:(

I need to buy a dress for a wedding at the end of this month and I am not a fan of dress shopping at all :( |

Hmmm...
1) Fairweather or Le Chateau - they always have a nice formalwear line, for a reasonable price.
2) H&M - but their line is usually not too formal. But you never know.
2) Fairview Mall - this nice dress boutique near H&M.
The small dress boutiques sometimes have good deals (vs. department stores)...but it's sort of pain getting the right style...and they're limited on sizes (i.e. you may need to alter)...

check out winners! I saw some really nice formal wear dresses when I was looking for nat's wedding... there were good sales too! hee hee :p good luck.... if I see anything I will be sure to post it up here! if you need formal wear accessories that place I was talking about Jeanne Lottie has great stuff, like shawls, shoes and PURSES to go to a formal event!! WOOHOO just another excuse to SHOP SHOP SHOP! |

I think I am gonna need all the luck I can get. This is always one of the hardest shops for me to do. I am pretty fussy when it comes to dresses which makes it even worse

btw - I finally finished sorting/removing out the clothes I no longer/don't want to wear...some with tags on unfortunately...all going to the those rubber storage bins in the basement!
