this is all i'm saying...
some frats have a bad reputation about things like that...YET stupid naive girls go to parties at their frat houses. my dorm was full of frat guys and they would come home with all these stupid high school girls that they'd bang.
what do girls go to frat parties for? to drink and get crazy with guys. i'm not justifying rape in anyway...i'm just saying maybe she should be getting her own drinks or at least go into the situation a little guarded...
i have a cousin that was raped on the streets on Los Angeles...she just got jumped by a bunch of guys. it wasn't that she put herself in a bad situation... |

2. I never date raped or gang raped anyone. Hell, my sex life is significantly better now than it was in college.
3. I thought clubs were the most common environment where date-rape and slipping girls GHB, roofies, etc. happened, so do you hate all guys at clubs, too. |

Ok but it’s a lot easier said than done when you are a typical confused, intimidated 17/18 year old high school girl, trying to fit in and feel cool. Of COURSE they’re gonna go to the parties with the hot frat guys. They think they can stay in control of the situation...why should they NOT be able to right? Of course there are the complete whores who just go there and have no strings attached sex at only 18, but there are always the ones who are just trying to fit in, and the rapists feed off those chicks. They are easy to spot and easy to take advantage of. It’s really sad actually, but just because a girl wants to be cool and hang around a bunch of frat guys one night with her friends and have a beer or two, doesn’t mean she is a total dumbass, lacking judgment. But yes, you’re right. In today’s day with all the that goes on like that, they should definitely have their guard up. But whether or not they do that, doesn’t mean they deserve to get raped. |

yes, she was an naive 18 yo girl who just graduated from a highschool in a smaller town...she went to a college party in madison and didn't expect to get raped.... |

and like i said...i think rape is terrible. nothing justifies it. and frat guys do feed off of girls like that...and it's sad.
but i'm just saying...word gets around pretty quick...which frats are shady and which aren't.
i went to a rush at my school because everyone on my floor went...and afterwards i was telling my sister which houses we all went to and she was like "oh don't join that one...everyone knows their the date-rape fraternity"...and all the girls that i knew avoided that fraternity big time...they chose to hang out with other cool fraternitys where they were safe... |
