yeah and while he'll be lying down, he'll continue shooting more ppl
i think they only shoot in the leg when its more or less safe to, otherwise this psycho was a major threat |

update: 20 wounded.
They keep focusing the camera on thie one cop car with a white sheet covering a clood soaked body, im assuimg it's the killer's.
I'm glad he shot himself, or the police shot him, stupid f%&*#r. You'd stick him in a jail cell for life, what would that do? He'd laugh. I don't think we have the death penalty.
EDIT: watching the evacuation reminds me of Columbine. Never thought that it would happen so close to home. Just thank god it isn't as bad as Columbine. They were also mentioning Concordia because some students were running there for safty. |

The three researchers who were the primary target of Fabrikant's allegations have since had their research accounts frozen by NSERC for misappropriating research funds and have been forced to take early retirement.

People on the news keep referring to Concordia University... did something similar happen there at some point? (I was probably not in the country when it happened so i have no idea what happened :() |
I don't remember hearing anything about a Prof from Concordia being involved with the shootings and i was watching the news report almost all afternoon.. what i DO know is that students at Concordia opened a building strictly for refuge purposes for the students who evacuated Dawson that didn't know where to go...so if you heard anything about Concordia being involved.. that is most likely it...
like i said i was watching the news cast for a while.. but i'm not saying nothing related to the shootings happened in Concordia..but i'm almost positive that it was strictly Dawson and in the underground mall and Metro located right under Dawson

I am really upset about this. My mum called me a couple hours ago with the news. I lived really close to Dawson. uugh I can't even explain in words how sad and angry I am. I have 2 friends who attend that college, and I was so scared for them. Luckily they are both okay. Unfortunately, that is not the case for everyone. :(
WTF is wrong with some people????? |

| WTF, this is messed up. Why does someone have to go and do this?? They should just go and pull the triger on their self first and leave everyone else out of it. What is the world comning to at all. |

ok so there was hundreds of cops everywhere, shotguns on their shoulders, everything was blocked, the mayor gave his conference i was there checking it out.
a recap:
3 minutes after the first 911 call, the cops were on site. During that same 3 minutes, 400 calls were made to the 911 congesting all of their lines and at the same time bringing down the local mobile network.
The whole thing lasted 40 minutes, with several hundered of cops on site.
A girl called the radio saying that she was holding the girl who was dying with another guy, the shooter came to them and the guy holding the girl asked the shooter to let them go because she was going to die. The suspect asked if she was alive, the guy checked and said "yes she is alive". The shooter then finished her off with 3 or 4 gunshot!
:whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip:
It seems he was alone, he did not shoot everyone he saw because he held some hostages who were asked by him to carry his heavy bag.
These same persons said on the radio that he was shot at the knee by a cop, then the suspect commited suicide when he was on the ground.
20 in all were wounded, 3 are being operated as we speak, 5 others are in critical condition. No one should be dying from their wounds thankfully. |

| The cops knew the girl was dead on site, but we only knew about it till 6pm because the family had to be told so before it being made public.:( :( :( |
