Hmmm, actually, I kind of stopped deleting and I think when I did delete, I deleted the frivilous posts more than the ones that involved any thought.
But that's kind of not the issue.

I'd just be responsible, mature, and understanding.
If there's flaming in a thread, I'd give a warning and tell whoever to grow up and sort things out or just stop. If it'd carry on, then I'd close the thread otherwise.
+1 on discretion. I've learned from that and it's good forum etiquette.
Any humour which is bad taste, sick or offensive, I wouldn't allow of course. If you think you're going to make a thread that's not going to get a good response, don't make it in the first place!
Basically just what the mods are doing now; a good job. :)

i'd disagree. As someone who posts before thinking, often i could/should remove my posts, but i don't, personally i can't be arsed. I guess though, as a female, you perhaps feel a bit concerned by the attention she gets, maybe crave it for yourself? I don't see why you hate on her unless it's a typically feminine instinct |

Lack of neutrality is a serious issue for any mod on any forum.
I don't agree with all the decisions taken here as well as the mods don't particurlaly agree among themselves.
But if you think the moderation stance here is too strong you are profoundly wrong. Things here tend to be quite lax.
On the subject of deleting your own thread I would consider it unethical perhaps but really that is my own opinion and there is just no such thing as an internet code of conduct ( despite the so called netiquette which people seldom apply ). aka deleting your own threads for lame reasons is just not cool.
Posting PMs is really not cool either :( |

If I was a Mod I'd ban you and then Nou for having the worst threads on TA. I've been told by other TA members that you're not even real, for all we know you could even be a ing child molestor posing as a girl. Maybe you have a mental problem that you're not even aware of. They've told me that you never even posted a pic of yourself?
