Good for you buddy.

Out of everyone that I have seen posting YOU seem the most vain

Anyway, on topic, i think BT - This Binary Universe. What he did with that album was amazing.

I'd give it up for Vibrasphere's Archipelago

So, according to you, Madonna is eligible for best dance recording, because that's for pop artists, but she's not eligible for best Electronic/Dance Album, because that's just for dance artists.

If that's the case, then why were the Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim and LCD Soundystem nominated for both of them last year? Are they pop or dance artists, since you seem to think there's such a big ing difference between the two.

Fortunately, the Academy doesn't consult you when it makes its nomination selections, as it disagrees with your notion of dance and pop being separate entities (psst: they aren't), thus violating your cherished musical identity that insists on listening to cheesy bull dance music, but not that cheesy bull dance music.

Get over yourself, seriously. Madonna will sweep. I called the shot.

Wow nobody gives a , excellent.

Uh,

she hires producers.... Like william orbit..

the other artists u mentioned, make most of it themself.

I think that should make a big difference...

I hope.... :nervous:

It doesn't.

Brian Eno rarely gets the nod whenever U2 win it big.

I think this is a good topic, at least one that I am interested in, so I would like to hear responses to this topic. If you want to argue about Madonna, please take that elsewhere, but for the most part the talk about her has absolutely 0 to do with the topic. Can I please see some responses to the topic? Thanks.

Social responsibility and Madonna. Ooo, how else might the thread be hijacked? How about vinyl vs CDs?
